Elizabeth Marley is a Virginia native who followed the sun to Florida nearly 25 years ago. With a passion for real estate and a strong appreciation for historical architecture, it was a seamless transition for Elizabeth to begin a career in real estate.
Since then, Elizabeth has dedicated more than 20 years to supporting families in their move to the beautiful beaches of the Florida Gold Coast. In that time, she has created stable and long term working relationships with some of the industry’s most reliable service providers; including mortgage brokers, insurance agents, inspectors, appraisers, property management, cleaning services, title agents and attorneys who help create a seamless transaction from initial contact through the purchase and sale, and beyond.
Elizabeth has an in-depth understanding of the value of waterfront luxury living, having guided her clients through hundreds of beach area transactions. She is a Certified Second Property Specialist (CSPS) as well as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She is an expert in helping second home buyers and property investors find and buy the perfect place in the sun, and an expert in working with empty nesters and seniors.
